When I slow down, I notice things like this leaf dancing on a cobweb in the wind.
If you were to stop racing against time - what do you think might happen? Would it be a positive experience? How would it change things that are happening? What impact could it have when you’re thinking about making changes in your life?
It’s a question that came to me recently and it keeps stopping me in my tracks when I catch myself rushing, or thinking about all the other things I want to do while I’m doing something else. I’ve written a bit more about it on Instagram.
I’d love to send out my newsletter this afternoon but it would feel like a race against time. So I’m going to get some sunshine on my face and wish you all a lovely weekend! The next issue will be coming soon!
